In and around Dieppe

Buses, shuttles, trains… There are plenty of ways to get around Dieppe and the surrounding area without your car!

Buses in Dieppe

Dieppe’s DeepMob bus network is the perfect way to get around.

Routes 1, 2 & 3 link the various districts to the town center and run all day, Monday to Saturday. Line 14 runs on Sundays and public holidays.

A ticket for 1 journey costs €1.30. It can be purchased in cash directly from the bus driver.
Discovery tickets are available for unlimited travel for 24 hours (€4) or 48 hours (€6.50). These can be purchased online from the DeepMob website or at points of sale.

DeepMob buses are free for everyone, every Saturday.

Free downtown shuttle

A free, 100% electric mini-bus is available for all your travel needs in Dieppe town center.

The shuttle runs all year round, Monday to Sunday, from 9.25 a.m. to 6.40 p.m., with a frequency of 30 minutes.

Departing from the station, it serves the main points in the town center(Tourist Office, waterfront hotels, beach, Quai Henri IV, Grande Rue entrance, etc.).

Transport on demand (TAD)

In the Dieppe agglomeration

A made-to-measure public transport service is available in the 16 communes of Dieppe-Maritime.

The service is open to all, by reservation only. It operates all year round (except Sundays and public holidays): Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 7pm, Saturday 8.30am to 6.30pm.

Reservations can be made by telephone, via the online platform or at the Deep-Mob sales office (at the bus station). For morning trips (up to 2pm), reservations must be made the day before, before 5pm during school terms and before 3:45pm during vacations. For afternoon trips (from 2pm onwards), reservations can be made up to 11am on the same day.

Registration for the TAD service is free. For your first trip, pleasecall 02 32 14 09 09 or go to thesales office, with proof of identity. The cost of a trip is €1.30, excluding free Saturdays.

The DeepMob TAD serves tourist sites such as Manoir d’Ango in Varengeville-sur-Mer, Château de Miromesnil and Parc William Farcy in Offranville.

Buses in Seine-Maritime and Normandy

From Dieppe, you can also travel by bus throughout Normandy, particularly along the coast, with the Nomad network.

  • Route 514 takes you to Veules-les-Roses and Saint-Valéry-en-Caux. Line 513 takes you to Fécamp, then 509 to Étretat and Le Havre.
  • Line 519 takes you to Le Tréport or Ville d’Eu.
  • For Forges-les-Eaux, take line 527.

A ticket for a trip on a Nomad line costs €2.90. Tickets can be purchased online via the AtouMod platform or directly from the bus driver. Buses are usually picked up at Dieppe station.

Trains in Dieppe

Trains depart from Dieppe station to Rouen or Paris.

The station > ferry shuttle bus

A special shuttle bus will take you from the cross-Channel ferry terminal to the SNCF & bus terminal to take the train or bus.

The fare is €3 for adults, €1.50 for children aged 4 to 17 and free for children under 3. Payment can only be made in cash (euros or pounds sterling) to the driver.

Timetables are adapted to the departures and arrivals of each ferry rotation. From the SNCF station, the shuttle leaves 1h15 before the ferry’s departure time. From the Transmanche station, the shuttle waits for foot passengers whenthe ferry arrives. Please call us (02 32 14 40 60) to confirm these times.
