The Villa Perrotte was built in 1928 by architect Georges Feray (1892-1965) and his associate Louis Filiol (1891-1952), commissioned by Mayor Pierre Perrotte (1883-1940) in the Art Deco style.
Combining modernity with the ultimate in comfort, this resolutely modern villa features an asymmetrical four-storey facade with a terraced roof.
The interior is typical of the Art Deco aesthetic, with ironwork, a stained-glass window in the stairwell, and sober, minimalist lighting and furnishings.
The house is also functional, with a first floor that can be modulated according to need, thanks to movable partitions and the installation of reception rooms to the south and service rooms to the north. Georges Feray also designed the garden, decorative elements and furniture, creating a harmonious, modern ensemble. The Villa Perrotte has been listed as a Historic Monument since 2012.
