The museum brings together paintings, complete literary works, souvenirs, letters and photographs of the artist on the same
floor of the building as the ‘Parc-Terrasse Gourmande’. Jacques Emile Blanche (1861- 1942) was a portrait artist to the distinguished for 60 years who lived at Offranville from 1902 until his death. He spent all of his summers at the Manor of Tôt, where
he entertained celebrities from the arts,
literature and politics.
