Puys beach

A small, friendly beach
Away from the crowds

If you like swimming, you’ve come to the right place, because it’s all about the beach and nothing else. All generations meet here. Some would like to keep this quiet spot, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, a secret…

Bathing and rejuvenation

Dieppe’s other beach

To get to Puys beach, you’ll pass through a charming village with beautiful houses. Tucked away in the cliffs of the Côte d’Albâtre, this little cove may not look like much, but it is…

It’s mainly frequented by locals. Retirees and teenagers alike can be found here. The youngest have fun searching the rocks for crabs and shells. Some families come with their paddle* or canoe.

This mix of generations makes the beach both charming and enjoyable. The center of Dieppe and its shops are nearby, but it’s quiet here! But hush, don’t say too much, the Puyséens* hold on to their secret…

Advice from the Tourist Office

“Parking spaces are limited. I advise you to walk or cycle down to the beach.

This will take you along part of the GR21*, with a beautiful view of the sea. On the way, you can make a slight detour to the By B.Nat workshop. This is the Puys ressourcerie*. You’ll find transformed furniture and antique objects.”

Strolling by candlelight

Musical candlelight

Imagine: on an August evening, public lighting is replaced by over 2,000 candles to illuminate the village. Here and there, music groups liven up the paths and the beach. A special moment in this charming seaside village!
