🎭 Take to the skies in style
The seafront becomes a veritable open-air theatre with, on the programme:
🌀 Every morning weather permitting: majestic flights of bowls and crowns – those large, spinning circular structures, as hypnotic as they are imposing.
🪁 Every afternoon (2pm-5pm): commented flights of asymmetric kites, choreographed ground displays, collective demonstrations… with a flexible programme depending on the weather.

🌬️ Wind artists from all over the world:
400 kite flyers are expected, including 200 officials representing 28 countries: Belgium, Canada, China, Colombia, Denmark, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, Pakistan, Poland, Russia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Tasmania, Thailand, Turkey, United Kingdom, USA, Vietnam.
Highlights include:
🎐 Giant Indonesian puppets
🐉 Asian dragon kites (up to 100m long!)
⛵ Kite boats and drakkars
🌌 Luminous kites for night flying (Sat. 20 September at 10pm)
