    They also produce local honey, from Normandy, on apple blossoms, hawthorns, dandelions, colza and fruit trees, and polyfloral honey, a very fine and flowery honey, that the bees will collect on clover, bramble and meadow flowers.
    In addition to the different varieties of honey, you will learn about the development of other products such as pollen, gingerbread, nonnettes and candies.
