Ideal for a family stay by the sea, for a couple with two children; you will feel like at home with its two flat-screen TVs (bedroom and sitting room), Internet, washer-dryer, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, multifunction oven, hobs, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, and all the necessary cooking utensils and tableware.
You enter directly in the kitchen, which includes a lot of storage space and is open onto the living room which has a convertible corner sofa (140x190 Bultex mattress), a coffee table and a sideboard, the sitting room leads to a balcony offering a bird's-eye view over the marina, south-facing balcony with two chairs and a table available on the small balcony.
The bedroom has an electrical drop down bed (160x200 Bultex mattress), a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a small desk.
The bathroom has a shower, a washbasin with cupboard and an electric towel radiator. Separate toilet.
A travel cot, a high chair and a baby bath tub are available.
The Quai Henri IV stretches all along the marina, it is a lively and colourful neighbourhood with bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours, and it is connected to the sea thanks to the dry dock, the nearby fish market and the ferry terminal.
A stone's throw away, there are shops, restaurants, bars, the town centre, the train station, cinemas, the market and the beach 100 metres away...

New service available to guests: 1 or 2 electric scooters to hire for short trips between the holiday cottage and the town centre, to go the market or shopping in town, or to go the beach for instance (helmet, basket and locks included/provided).
